Late Shows: Our drivers will give you a call upon arrival and wait for 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time.  If you're over 15 minutes late, give us a call right away so that we can schedule our next available driver.
Cancellation Policy: We request at least a 24-hour advance notice for any trip cancellations.

* Wait time rates: For round trips with drop-off locations over # miles from our office location in # that require over # minutes of wait time, a wait time rate of $#.## per hour billed in 15-minute increments applies.

** Surcharge rates: For trips with pick-up addresses over # miles from our office location in #, for each mile over #, a surcharge rate of $#.##  per mile applies.
